Time for a break

For most people, exercising reduces the stress level and improves the overall mood. For me, I've realized.  to run or swim or walk I need to be in a good frame of mind. Things aren't looking great now. The last thing on my mind now is regular exercise.


Everything in life now has taken a break including running, swimming, walking etc.

I should hopefully be back on track soon.
