What a change over mama!

Didn't want to do one number "Oh , have been having a bad cold!  Haven't worked out in the last four days! Bohooo! *sob sob* Help! " type crib post today. Would rather post something nice that is making me feel GOOD!

Holi celebrations in office yesterday and junta was clicking full-on pictures. Shared one of the pics with friends on email and here's a response from a dear friend Teesu, in Madras, who reads every post of mine religiously on this blog.

Even though my weight, on the weighing scale hasn't dropped down dramatically, the inch loss has been quite drastic.It has always been the case whenever I (re)start a new form of exercise - spinning, swimming, kick-boxing and so on. Here's a comparison of how I WAS, was and am now. 


This blog was never intended to focus on weight loss unlike the earlier one which had a series of posts that concentrated on the numbers. The intention now is to concentrate more on healthy living, better life style and make workouts fun and glad am having fun running, swimming , cycling.

The last four days have been spent surviving on Crocin , Samahan and Benadryl. Should hopefully bounce back tomorrow since the next three days are very crucial. More on that later.
