Lost it!

Today (1st April) was one of those days when the run was uneasy. Not blaming it on a dehydrated body, Ipod that suddenly went defunct just when I was starting, late night party yesterday etc. but ya just didn't have the energy/ enthusiasm today. Ended up walking quite a bit and I usually don't do that. I guess I should be better prepared in future and not take it easy. Later in the evening, went for an awesome swim. Loved it.

Earlier this week, went for a run on Tuesday (27th Mar), swam on Thursday (29th Mar) and Saturday(31st March).

The good news is that I went and shopped for a new swim wear. The old one ended up being too loose. And, since the husband (also) felt that the salwar-kurtas, kurtis looked terrible and pillow cover-y with everything become very loose, went and shopped for new ones. Yay to that!

Now am of the firm belief that the weighing scale always lies. The weight hasn't gone down in a month but there is considerable and visible inch loss. Quite a few friends, colleagues who I met after a few months mentioned this. Double yay to that!

Swimming has become an integral part of the day and loving it. Running is always going good. Time to get on to do something interesting. Details soon.
